What PassPath SG is
PassPath SG is a study and planning companion for the Singapore driving licence (Class 3 and 3A): the Basic Theory Test, the Final Theory Test, converting a foreign licence and the steps around them. It is independent: it is not an official test and is not run by or connected to the Singapore Police Force, the Traffic Police, any driving centre or any other official body. Rules, fees and test details change — always check the official sources before you book or pay.
Important notice
PassPath SG provides education and information about getting a Singapore driving licence (Class 3 and 3A): the Basic Theory Test, the Final Theory Test and the steps around them. It is not connected to the Singapore Police Force, the Traffic Police, any driving centre or any other official body. The information is general guidance, not official or legal advice. Requirements, fees and procedures change: before any important step, check with the Singapore Traffic Police and your driving centre. Official information always takes priority. In short: PassPath SG guides you; the official bodies set the rules and requirements.
Our questions
Every question and explanation is written by us from Singapore law — mainly the Road Traffic Act and its Rules — and from the rules explained in the Traffic Police handbooks Basic Theory of Driving and Final Theory of Driving. They are not copied from any official question bank, test paper or handbook text. You may use them for your own study; please do not copy, publish or resell them.
Sources and credits
Our sources are Singapore laws as published on Singapore Statutes Online, and the official handbooks and pages of the Singapore Police Force (Traffic Police). The handbooks are protected by copyright: we do not reproduce their text — we explain the rules in our own words. Road sign images come from Wikimedia Commons (details in the app under Help). Photos come from Wikimedia Commons contributors; their names and licences are listed in the app under Help.
Subscriptions
PassPath SG is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or every 3 months). New subscribers may get a lower price for the first period; after that the standard price shown in the store applies. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage and cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Each country in PassPath is a separate subscription.
Community
If you post in Community you agree to the Community rules. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: we remove posts and suspend accounts that break the rules.
Accuracy and responsibility
PassPath SG is a study aid. It is not legal advice and not an official source. We write it from Singapore law and the official handbooks and review it regularly, but we cannot guarantee that every question, fee, date or figure is complete, correct or up to date. Always check with the Singapore Traffic Police and your driving centre before you book, pay or act. You are responsible for how you drive and for meeting every legal requirement.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by errors or omissions — for example a missed appointment or a test you have to retake — and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for PassPath SG in the 12 months before your claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or other consumer protection law, or liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
If you find a mistake, please tell us using the contact below and we will correct it.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, where PassPath SG is made, without taking away the protection of Singapore's consumer protection law. Questions: karakusufuk@gmail.com. On iPhone, Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA) also applies.
