Delete your TaxiPass account
TaxiPass (by Ufuk Karakuş) — how to delete your account and data.
In the app — immediate
- Open TaxiPass and go to Profile.
- Tap the Settings gear at the top right.
- Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away, together with your posts, comments, reports and block list. The progress stored on your phone is also cleared.
By email — if you no longer have the app
Write to karakusufuk@gmail.com from the email address of your account (or tell us whether you signed in with Apple, Google or Facebook and the name shown on your posts). We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted, what is kept

We keep nothing else. If an account was suspended for breaking the Community rules, only a record of the suspension (the account ID) is kept so that it cannot simply be reopened.
